Edna Pereira is a psychotherapist who has a background in life and health and fitness coaching since 2002. She has adapted some mental health tools into these programs to support an online coaching and learning forum. These programs do not replace therapy or other coaching programs.
By signing up, and participating you acknowledge, understand and agree:
